Blog Commenting With Date Range
Blog commenting is one of the famous proven link building technique which I also do.
Last time I noticed that google implemented Google Custom range result. I instantly tested it and I know that this will have a good application to my SEO link building program.
OK! so here is how it works.
1. Go to google.com
2. Type-in your keyword to the search field.
In case you're not yet familiar with "this site uses keywordluv" phrase, these are what we call website footprints. these keywords are mostly found in blog sites and if you're fortunate a do-follow blog site.
Below are my usual footprints I use for search blogs.
- keyword + "this site uses keywordluv" - for keywordluv plugin
- keyword + "last blog post..." - for Commentluv plug in.
- keyword + "powered by typepad" - for typepad powered blog
3. Google will list all relevant websites based on your search keywords. This is the time to customize the result based on dates.
Being able to customize the date means that result would be fresh and within your desired date range. Personally I like using 6 to 12 months range. Click Search to show customized search result.

In addition to that I used google blog search by simple clicking the Blogs category to make sure that results will all be blogs.
Using this google new feature I stop wasting my time opening an outdated blogs that I intend to comment.
Enjoy and I hope it helps.
